- Cancellation Within First Week: If you cancel your enrollment within the first week of the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellation After First Week: No refunds will be issued if you cancel your enrollment after the first week of the course start date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Missed classes or sessions.
- Partial attendance or incomplete courses.
- Technical issues on the customer’s side, such as internet connectivity problems.
- Dissatisfaction with the course content after the first week of attendance.

- Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Fees and Costs
- Refund Processing Fee: A processing fee of 5% of the course fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs.
- Bank Charges: Any bank charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
